It appears that 15 frames per second were being displayed.
Therefore, from 0.04 to 0.0667 seconds per frame.
Bullet movement from 10-14 m per frame to 16.7-23.3 m.
Changed to above.
Bullets were further away and more likely not to hit.
Or the second shot may have been blanked.
