It would be a triumph of reason and knowledge of the Slavic peoples, if they could be completely restored to the state they were in before the invasion, if I may be so rude.
If the losses and costs of this war had been invested in the future, it would have produced excellent results.
It is a war that had to happen, but I believe there were ways to avoid it.
