Antibody therapeutic drug NT193

In Japan, it is being studied by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development.
I had hoped that NTー193 would become Alice, but I don’t think it will ever become a product.

China is now the only country in Asia that can produce antibodies, and Japan no longer has that capability.
And no longer has the ability to produce vaccines, treatments, or antibody therapies at this time.

Do politicians understand this, or are they just in a flower garden?
Will Japan be able to survive the struggle for supremacy and the next biohazard?
